When will I receive my order?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 days of payment.
The day your order ships does not count as a day in transit.
You will be notified by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 2-6 weeks of your order date.
For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 7 weeks delivery time as they may be shipped from other counties.
**Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season we may experience extended processing time, up to 7 business days.**

I haven't received my item.

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us noting your order number.

I received a damaged item.

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

I received a wrong size/item.

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

How long do we take to fulfill your order?

We accept orders 24 hours a day, everyday of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
USPS does not pick up deliveries on weekends.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2-5 days.
60% of orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility located in USA, but 40% of our specialty items are located in other counties such as Australia, United Kingdom and China.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet.
It may be possible to cancel your order during processing, but once it is out for shipment, it cannot be canceled or changed.
To cancel or change your order email our support team within 24 hours of placing an order.

Want to return or exchange?

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the receipt of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will also be changed 15% restocking fees.

Lost or stolen packages

If the package shows delivered but is missing you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing order (domestic) or 4 weeks of placing your order (International).
Once you report your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the package and attempt to have it recovered.
If the carrier declares the package to be complete loss, we will re-ship your order to at no extra cost to you (if item available in stock).
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

Are the items shipped together?

Although our fulfillment facility is located in USA, some of our items are located in other counties such as Australia, United Kingdom and China to serve our worldwide customers.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent out in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. All packages may not be delivered at the same time because they may have been shipped from different warehouses.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking the Order Status or tracking details provided from our support team.
We use multiple tracking systems to monitor orders and we can give you addition information.
NOTE: All your packages your ordered may not be delivered at the same time. We know you're exited to get the items you've ordered! You may not be able to track your package coming from our overseas warehouse, while it is in transit and until it reached the first postal facility.
